Develop a worldwide new and very unique indoor attraction for all ages.

Two “Worlds” offer great fun and Education for both – adult and children.

After the first idea, we developed a very uniquely design that fits the target market but also the operational needs.  

Execution happened beginning of 2022 and the attraction opened successfully in August 2022.

Responsible for creating a magical new boat ride after the destruction due to massive fire in Europa Park in 2018. Making sure the brilliant design is also delivered & build on site.

Delivering a very well known IP within Brief, Budget and Time schedule. Very successful opening with trading exceeding expectations.

Project Managing the  closing down of “Manly Sea Life Sanctuary” and move of all creatures (more than 2.500) to other aquariums – this highly complex and difficult project was delivered with no major incidents, no negative PR for Merlin and no loss in any big sharks, rays or other creatures. A unique and extremely complex project that has been delivered with the estimated budget and time frame, which was critical to this challenging move.

Shark Dive Extreme – allows you to dive with Grey Nurse Sharks, Turtles and other species without any cage.

2017 Designing and Project Managing a new Crocodile experience in Wild Life Sydney Zoo that resulted in massive increase in Guest Satisfaction. With the new design we created much better space for people to come closer to the crocodile.
